      Pros

      Good vacation packages offered and open door policy to HR will always be valued and responded to

      Cons

      Compensation will always be whatbthey can get you for at the bare minimum not fair across jobs. Lower levels of mgt can make more than upper levels of mgt and that seems to be acceptable.

      - Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

      Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.
