Considering that my 2025 Annual Performance Review rating showed I exceeded expectations as an RTA, the increase was significantly lower than anticipated. Lower Perceived Value of the Workforce Management Role ---- Despite being a critical support role that directly impacts service levels and operational efficiency, the RTA function feels undervalued in terms of both compensation and work setup benefits compared to other sites.
