TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE & TARGETS IN OJT. VERY BAD OPERATIONS MANAGERS - They are playing layoff strategy to escape from production accountability. The Trainers too are supporting this strategy - like, if you remove new agents - we can train some more again so that we keep getting paid for new batches. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!! Did you people learn the job you're currently doing - in just a month???? What if you people too had gotten removed in the learning stage? Would you be in the place you are currently in??? HAVE SOME ETHICS!!!

There are no pros to work for this company. This is the worst place I’ve ever had to work in my life.

Cons

The working conditions are terrible. The equipment is terrible. Management is terrible. Schedules are terrible. HR is terrible. This is a nightmare run for your life.
