      Pros

      The hours, and wfm. There are no other benefits.

      Cons

      There is no raises. The HR and Management is rude and will not care about missing any day even though it was an emergency. Silly surprise exam for low paying job. The equipment is so cheap and came broken. CEO is awful.

      Self managed. They blame employees or client for their ineptitude. Systems rigged against single mothers and foreigners.
