1. Work Diversity: I was given creative and challenging work tasks. 2. Autonomy: My immediate supervisor trusted me and let me take the lead and work my own way.

1. Very unorganized: Hard to figure out who was doing what. Operations was handling many HR issues while HR was working only as a payroll department. 2. No sense of direction: I was given autonomy but at least I would prefer to be told what is expected of me. 3. One of my indirect supervisors was rude and bossy.

The team was really nice
