I interviewed at Interactive Research & Development
Interview
Was interviewed 3 times over a six month period. It was lengthy and I had to keep following up with the HR on feedback and next steps. There are too many people to be interviewed by.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Interactive Research & Development (Karāchi) in Nov 2022
Interview
Pros:
The interview process for the DevOps Engineer position was excellent. The questions were directly related to my previous experience and focused on technical aspects, making the process relevant and efficient. I particularly appreciated that there was only one interview round, and I received an offer within an hour of the interview. The hiring process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free, with the offered salary matching my expectations without any need for negotiation.
Cons:
I did not encounter any issues during the hiring process, so there's nothing negative to mention.
Overall:
A seamless and professional experience. The company values efficiency and respects candidates' time, which is highly commendable.
