Pros

- Worked with one of the best software teams, highly skilled, supportive, and collaborative. - Great opportunity to learn and grow technically, especially in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure. - Exposure to interesting projects and hands-on experience. - WFH plus more benefits

Cons

- Management can be very toxic; decision-making often feels unstructured and political. - Salary is not market competitive. - Job security is unstable as the company relies entirely on grants and lacks a sustainable business model. - Too much office politics, which can be demotivating.
