Supportive working environment to make sure everyone is delivering the best quality service to clients. Colleagues are always willing to help and identifying areas of service improvements as well as identifying and mitigating risks. Management are understandable, committed and supportive to team leads and providing a knowledge network of leadership and expertise across all teams. When there are challenges our teams pull together and commit to restoring normal service. Internal courses are available as well as a generous training budget, remote/hybrid working, great benefits package/car allowance, team building events and rewards.
Cons
Only one thing I can think of, it can take a bit of time to move things forward which is mainly due to the scale of services we manage and the potential links between them. Can take a while to get objectives down-lined to staff.
