Pros
nothing really to tell, casual dress to work but most IT companies are into this now. Commute is ok, if you are in the city.
Cons
Bad management. These reviews are obviously fake, HR has nothing better to do. Just ask someone who has worked there or is currently working there. It is a nightmare. I do not recommend working here unless you are truly desperate. No respect for employees. Salary is not even close to industry standards. Long hours with managers always pressuring you. Think twice and get some feedback from employees. Most of them just keep quiet because they need a job at the end of the day, so very little about their misery is known to the public.
