Pros
Interesting products, interesting technology - you just need to keep your eyes and ears open. Good learning opportunities. There is always someone who has some insight into what you want to know or learn - find him/her.
Cons
Bureacracy, too many meetings over the phone. Working with so many different geographies becomes a pain really quickly, and kill productivity. Also having to have early morning or late night meetings.
