Pros

If you can overcome bureaucracy, their is lot of interesting stuff to do and learn. You can switch job roles pretty easily. At least recently they have defined a reasonable technical career path. This is a very technology focused company and technical people are valued. Initiative is highly valued. Finally free soda/drinks.

Cons

Bureaucratic and slow moving in some areas. But, that probably comes with the size. The size also implies that you can get frustrated with getting approval of your ideas and making them real. Hands on work is valued less than power point slides in many organization. Bad looking cafes and cubes. Minus points for bad looking campuses. Due to the huge size many people can just coast by doing nearly nothing...
