Pros

Growth opportunities, competitive compensation package coupled with heavy work/life balance focus. Great people in a casual work environment. Intel values and culture are good, and it's not uncommon for personal lives to be improved from a (subconscious) propogation of the values to your personal lives.

Cons

Stock performance. Competition for senior management to fill next CEO role tends to result in many managers disappointed and leaving the company. Ever since Andrew Grove stepped down from CEO in '98, the stock has been flat-lined. There are obvious challenges here, but somehow we need to figure out the secret to re-energizing the growth. I keep hearing Atom, but we'll see.
