Low salaries
Sick pay is very limited: unless you have worked there more than 5 years, you only get a few weeks. This is a problem if you get a long term condition like cancer
They push equality and diversity but don't actually live by those values at all. The first people to be made redundant are always over 50, even if they have been at the company 35+ years. Really dreadful.
There is so much change all the time. You have a new manager and new structure every 6 months. It's is extremely unsettling.
There is no loyalty to staff, especially in central roles in the London office. Each person is swimming with sharks.
