      Pros

      The culture - it really is all about people. Unlike other businesses who like to say they are people focused but in truth are not. RSA look after their people The support - constant supper and encouragement to push yourself to do better but the encouragement is done in the right way. Not ruling by fear or micro management. Pay - pay is good Benefits - benefits ate great too. Travel - encouraged to travel between various sites (my team are all over the uk) to visit my people Hybrid working and permanent home working options

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
