Pros
Been great through the pandemic Able to work from home Leaders in my current area are really great, able to approach them and have chats when needed be it work or personal reasons
Cons
Customer managers get a real hard time. I have moved up from that level but spent 6 years as one and we do get the brunt of it with the ever increasing targets to achieve which can make it difficult to gain a higher rating. There are teams that are customer facing that are unable to to gain the benefits of incentives as much as telephony teams are able to win.
