decent work/life balance generally understands parental obligations. Good benefits salary is ok slightly below market.

Cons

-company is dominated by “quebecois culture” this affects not just advancement, but your daily treatment. -incompetence is widespread and tolerated at every level most people I worked with would simply not survive in a merit-based organization. -If you stand out in any way you will be harassed, something like casually speaking english at the office can be a reason -rampant sexual harassment and violation of physical boundaries. some employees avoid the Montreal office or work on separate floors from their teams There are good teams at Intact, but you have to vet not just your direct manager and peers, but also the director and VP you’ll be reporting to
