Salary is lower than some competitors. Way too many people are rotating continuously. Had 3 managers in the span of half a year. This creates a gap in knowledge and responsibilities, often leading to roles within the team not feeling well defined and unhappy. There's also a high turnover in employees across the company in different departments. Competition is fierce for promotion and this create a semi toxic culture. Everyone in Montreal always speak in French even calls with coworkers in Toronto, creating a non-inclusive environment. Often feel overworked with low compensation.
