… easy to get hired I guess?

Cons

- Lack of Management Support - Lack of work life balance - major popularity contest, people are not promoted based in work ethic or qualification, but rather based on if the managers like you. - Lack of appropriate training, and junior staff end up doing all the job shadowing, leading to terrible habits and lack of knowledge leads to doing things wrong. - huge staff turnover - Constantly being micromanaged. - Managers who don’t properly understand the claims process lead to bad decision making on files - Some of the managers aren't even qualified as an adjuster, They comment on what adjuster’s should or shouldn’t be doing without the proper licenses. - HR does not support the staff - unwillingness to pay for additional skills.
