      - Pretty Good Benefits - Friendly Unit Claims managers - Decent Salary

      Cons

      - Too much work load - Upper management pressures the Unit Managers for more numbers and productivity, but then don't give us any solutions to make processes easier - HR is not accommodating for disabilities
