Pros
Great leadership that communicates clearly mission and vision and lives the values. People are great, collaborate well and are very open and inclusive.
Cons
Less flexible than other companies when it comes to working from home. Base salary lower than some places but overall compensation is great with the benefits and pension plan. Not a lot of dedicated people to work on strategic projects. People are managing projects on top of their BAU which can cause some capacity issues to deliver projects.
