Pros
This place wants you to strive. They want you to learn and grow in the company. They offer free courses and classes and even CIP certification. You really feel like they care about you and your success even though there is 25 000 employees. The teams are great and management is really positive and supportive,
Cons
The starting salary isn't great. There is a yearly bonus and raise, but it's still surprising when you see you're contract. Especially since there is no information of job salary on the job postings.
