- There is a severe lack of knowledge and experience among the staff and management. For the most part, the Ottawa office is comprised of Text Book underwriters and managers, no one truly has a firm grasp over the construction, financial, automotive, farming, and recreational industry to say the least.
- When you catch brokers time and time again being unethical, management lets it slide because they write business but in that vry act, you're now placing unnecessary risk upon the company and setting a poor precedent with brokers
- Pay is extremely low for skilled and talented staff
- If you're a protectionist who strives for consistency, and takes the work you do seriously, this wont be a place you'll want to stay long. (Can't speak for other regional offices)
