Pros
Good benefits. Offer possibilities to created your workday around your personal needs. Nice office. You are supported if you want to change to a different position within intact.
Cons
Workload is too big for the quality requested. You can't promise a costumer experience 2nd to none and not giving the time and just providing slow (old) tools to deliver that promise. In addition too many things need to be decided by your manager. In my opinion salary could be higher (general problem in Vancouver)
