Pros
progressive company which is customer focused and is concerned about providing the best service to it's clients. there are some really great people who work there and as such, despite the problems noted below, I would still like to be working there.
Cons
with any publicly traded company, profits are all important & as such work loads are challenging. They strive to be an employer of choice & do succeed in some ways, however they are quick to let people go when there is a down turn in the # of claims. some very good people have been lost by this company.
