Pros
Great benefits and ample opportunity for training, learning and movement within the company. There are many long term employees there and most are very willing to share their experience and knowledge with junior employees. Senior management apear to be guiding the business as well as can be expected in a poor economy.
Cons
Do not live their values. Some of the main pillars of transparency and integrity have been absent on many occasions where living those values could have improved relationship management and strengthened partnerships internally and externally. Middle management appear to have lost site of the big picture and adhere to PYOA attitude.
