Pros
Biggest damage insurance company in Canada. Many possibilities of career.
Cons
No stability. There is a job rotation of the senior vps every 3 years, followed by a restructuration with many managers fired. Also, it is very frequent to ask employees and managers to do the tasks and responsabilities of a higher position but not give them the title nor the salary.
