Managment is always supportive of personal issues taking you away from work. Managers respect you and push you to your potential, but accept mistakes and work with you to fix them.
Cons
Training done can vary from person to person, everyone does something a little different, problems are resolved in dfferent ways, and miscommunication with this will last for a long time until anyone realizes the differences.
