      Pros

      It helps you develop a sense of character and a sense of urgency. The environment is very professional and helps prepare you for other aspect of your life as well.

      Cons

      This may not be for everyone because it requires hard work and sometimes long hours. You must be patient for the pay off and dedicated to your work, but if you are willing to stick it out you will set yourself up for the future.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
