Depending on site you’re assigned there may be benefits provided by that company. Otherwise, you get absolutely nothing from Insight global
Cons
Horrible communication, you are just a number and there will be frequent furloughs. You don’t get holiday pay, PTO, and health benefits cost about 1/3 of your biweekly pay. If the site/company doesn’t have a productive quarter you can expect a layoff with at max 4 days notice. They will agree to pay you higher than the industry standard knowing in advance that there will be standard holiday furloughs of no pay with mo opportunity to make up. In the end whatever the agreed number be prepared to make far less.
