      - Job Security: I have been with Insight Global for 10 years - through covid and recession fears, but this is a company committed to its people. Insight Global has never done layoffs and executive leadership is vocal about never doing layoffs - Ability for Lucrative Compensation: competitive commission percentages and commission is uncapped. Eligibility for annual bonuses with bonuses given to any employee who meets the criteria, not capped at a certain percentage of people - Training and Development: continual development and very in depth training throughout the early stages of your career

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
