      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WORK CULTURE! never would recommend to anyone - Recruiter Insight Global Employee Review

      Pros

      NO PROS... The people who run and workin the Dallas office are terrible. The women are very threaten by the success of each other. Truthfully I hate to use this word but the perfect word to describe the Dallas office is fake and unprofessional.

      Cons

      Truthfully, I am shocked in how two of the people who I thought had my best interest and I trusted were absolutely terrible. Not only was I treated unfairly but I use this word not lightly, but I was bullied when I shared any thoughts or questions I had about this job. It came off as “ unprofessional” when I asked things that are completely within my rights when be interviewed and looking into a position. There is a reason for high turn over from this company.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
