      A 36k nightmare - Recruiter Insight Global Employee Review

      -SOME of the people are nice?

      Cons

      -the pay ... 36k is not sustainable for anyone in today's housing market -Promotions take A LOT longer than 6 months. Expect to make 36k for at least a year no matter how much "grit" you have -No boundaries between work and personal life -NO PTO ... R1's are given 5 PTO days not including Christmas Eve or New Years Eve -Big hookup culture amongst R1's and Managers. Very inappropriate relationships -Illegal drugs were present at 2 work sponsored social events -Drinking and driving culture is HUGE here. People drink to unsafe levels then hop in their cars... it's really dangerous and scary -A lot of internal bullying -No 401k. Not sure how they get around not offering this? -No work phones. Professional Recruiters had to issue restraining orders against inappropriate contractors.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Cons

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
