Pros
Decent pay. Remote work is allowed (depending on the company you contract for and the manager.) Good work-life balance with no OT (because most companies don't want to pay you OT.) Easy to use HR/payroll system.
Cons
You have no support from your account manager. No news is good news so unless there is an issue with your performance, you will not hear from your account manager. That also means you will not get any support from your account manager or the company. Benefits are expensive and no PTO until you've worked 1500 hours. You're just a body they have on their payroll that earns them money.
