      Pros

      Excellent communication skills with clients is one of their many strong suits. They know how to prepare you for interviews which makes you much more relaxed through the interview process. This company wants you to succeed and they look out for your best interests. I personally worked with Jean Portocarrero and I highly recommend this professional recruiter as she did an impeccable job finding me the role i wanted and at a great company. She was there to answer any questions or concerns i had and responded to them promptly!

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
