Free food on Friday mornings. And I can see how this would be a good employment opportunity if you barely graduated from college because you were too drunk to function - in that case, this is the place for you.
Cons
These people do not care about their fellow employees, or the poor souls they are recruiting for terrible jobs. I have never been so miserable in my life as I was at this company. They constantly announce higher-up employee's commissions in an effort to pump you up, and probably to convince you to stay. Even with the possibility of making 900k by the time I'm 30 I couldn't stand another second in that place. They were extremely sexist and discriminatory. Uniqueness is not a celebrated trait at this company, so if you are an individual with your own thoughts then this is not the place for you.
