      Pros

      I get to work with an awesome company for in-store demonstrations at a great wholesaler in Federal Way, Washington. My manager with IG has been a great contact at first but after that I haven't heard from her.

      Cons

      No help from staff, I need assistance to use their dashboard to log in my hours and I haven't gotten help nor training nor have I gotten paid.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
