      -Got me a contract job -Responded quickly when I contacted them -Paid market rates

      Cons

      A headhunter firm masquerading as a staffing agency. Does not do anything an employer is supposed to do after initial hiring: no supervisor; supplies no equipment; no training allowance; minimal insurance supplement (medical only, and my COBRA payment afterward was only slightly higher than the premium while working). Uses a COBRA company that has horrible ratings, for good reason.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
