      Pros

      There is endless oppertunities for growth within this company. Your personality is not restricted, instead it is encouraged to be the person you are. It truly is an enviornment that promotes team work. Overall, Insight Global is a fantastic company to be apart of.

      Cons

      I honestly don't know if I can say anything negative about Insight Global. The only negative comment I can think of is that we are not the number one IT staffing company in the nation. In all honesty, that is only a matter of time.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
