Pros
The Insight Global staff is energetic and motivated. There is no doubt that they are looking out for your best interest(s). I worked with multiple recruitment agencies previously, but only Insight Global was was able to set me up with an interview with a particular company that I was trying to get in with. IG found out last minute that there would be an "exam" during the interview. Everyone scrambled to make sure I had a good idea of what to expect. Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved at IG, I went into the interview fully prepared and was offered the position on the spot!
Cons
The only downfall is the uncertainty that comes along with working as a contractor. However, that's not IG's fault, but rather the nature of the game.
