Girls here are objectified to the extreme. From the day they start, men see them as pretty objects with the sole purpose of looking pretty and not talking too much. The men see themselves as the crucial players, and most of them are frat guys who never wanted to leave the fratty environment. It really doesn't matter how smart you are, the men here do not believe that contributes to your worth and value at the company. The sexual harassment women are subjected to on a daily basis is unimaginable, but women do not feel comfortable reporting it or standing up for themselves, because they are told that their looks are what got them there in the first place. Not all staffing agencies are like this, and the treatment people receive here should not be legal or condoned by anyone. However, recent college graduates are desperate for jobs, and the misleading interview process places many unsuspecting graduates in a difficult situation once they accept. The turnover rate is very high, and most people decide fairly soon that the cons greatly outweigh to "fun" perks, like happy hours. Fortunately for insight global, they do not break a sweat when a high percentage of their employees quit, because they prepare for that, and they continue to hire new, unsuspecting grads. Almost all the reviews on glassdoor for Insight Global are fake, and employees are forced to write these exceedingly positive reviews. If you want to know the truth about the company, look up almost anyone on Linkedin who used to work there, and it's likely they will validate what I'm trying to warn you. Everyone, women and men, are worth more than the disrespect and lack of value they experience at Insight Global. If you are completely jobless and need something to pass the time and make a few checks, try it out and you can use them like they hope to use you. I hope more current and former employees take it upon themselves to be honest in their reviews, so that their quality of life improves and advice to management is taken into consideration. This can be fixed if Insight Global wishes to change.
