      One of the things I truly appreciate about IG is that I’m treated as part of the team, not just a resource. My account manager, Gaby Valencia, and my recruiter, Ali Al-Mabuk, are always ready to assist whenever I need support. I’ve experienced a few issues in the past (such as delayed payments when SS Tech had received funds from IG but hadn’t yet sent them to contractors), and they were promptly addressed and resolved by them. Additionally, I had the pleasure of recommending a former coworker, Thierry, who successfully passed the selection process and now works for the same client as I do. Overall, working with IG has been a very positive experience.

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
