      Insight Global has been great to work with. Communication is clear, onboarding is smooth, and the team is always professional and supportive. They made the transition into my role at Fox Corporation seamless and have continued to check in to make sure everything is going well. I’ve really appreciated their responsiveness and genuine care for their contractors.

      Cons

      As with most staffing companies, benefits and job stability depend on the client contract. However, Insight Global does a good job keeping you informed and supported throughout.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
