      Pros

      Really great at developing professional skills early in your career Great team culture Ability to earn a pretty good amount at a young age

      Cons

      They move goalposts a LOT - will dangle a carrot of promotions that never happen or will make it harder to hit sales contests each year More senior sales people get forgotten about a lot of the time

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
