      I was kicked off my team while they conducted an “HR investigation”. It took HR over a month to reach out to me. The investigation happened because I reported the client who I was working with for harassment. I was immediately removed from my team, which felt a lot like retaliation. Even though the circumstances of my loosing my employment were not ideal, I was very understanding. When I got my unemployment letter in the mail it says that I refused to work so I don’t qualify. That is an absolute lie, and I am very upset that now I have to wait an additional 6 weeks to get my benefits while I appeal this.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
