      good training if you're interested in recruiting

      Cons

      constantly changing quotas and bonus structure, arbitrary promotions needed to even be eligible to earn commission. Very high turnover rates. Don't join unless you're ready to make nothing your whole first year.

      They look for any jobs that are available and are very responsive.

      Contract- there could be a month where you don’t get hours.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
