Pros

Good respectable company. Well established and well maintained campuses make infosys a comfortable company to work in. Pay scale is also good.

Cons

Some development centres are too far from the city and it takes very long time for people unwilling to settle for nearby accomodation. A tad too many rules and red-tape. Promotion policy has to be revised.
