Nothing significant for part timers. FT's have better benefits.
There are no benefits as such. Basic insurance policies
3 weeks vacation; standard medical and dental insurance; No equal contribution from employer for RRSP if on delegation.
Health insurance is borne by the employee. Vacations are typically at customer's and then manager's discretion.
Worst: Benefits dont match the current inflation, bad package
