Job can be dynamic and exciting at times
Cons
Pay is very poor. Compensation is based on time at the company and not on ability or performance. Not rewarding to improve. In addition, the push is always to go offshore with projects. The focus on offshore means the US division gets mistreated, poorly compensated, and that general business practices are very dated.
