Pros

accommodation bonus for expats: transparent, comfy, and true cool colleagues

Cons

in case of any sign of moral abuse the employee should start recording as much interactions as possible with the staff/line managers and keep an eye on the law for readiness in case of harassment: they might want to dismiss you but without any legal reasons they would push you until you fail, commit a breach, a suicide, or quit. They might use then intimidation (false statements or empty warnings) and lies. Fortunately enough smart international specialized lawyers helping efficiently to get out of such a situation when it occurs.
