Job security and good managers.

Cons

No growth , no hikes , company is driven by delivery managers who sit at offshore and have no clue of the resource /skill set / performance . These delivery managers decide your appraisals . Worst company for visa and immigration . They promote you but they don’t raise your salaries . Just for immigration purpose they raise the salary on paper and submit it to USCIS for getting the Visas.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
